"Shoot the feds" is a threat??? I see it more as exasperation. A curse phrase. An expression of extreme dislike. No specific individual, office, position or place was threatened. It is the system that is threatened. Since when did threatening a system become a crime?

@BotPutins As you wish
@BotPutins Did he say "I'm going to shoot the Feds", or "I will shoot the Feds", or "I'm coming for you"? I did not read that into the statement. Where is the fucking threat? I don't understand your logic.
@BotPutins You need to read our Constitution again. If your attitude is displayed anywhere within it please let me know. You want to trade liberty for security. Good luck with that.

@Truth_Abides @FASchaefferCox It is a thought crime for Heaven's sake!
@Mickyanonamouse @MarinerTalkCom I have to agree.
@DaveDennisonNYC If he had said "I'm going to shoot John McAfee" that would be a threat. If I insert my name in his statement it's no threat whatsoever. I can't count the number of times "I've heard "Someone should kill the bastard" -- about me. Grow up. You can't swap liberty for security.
