"Shoot the feds" is a threat??? I see it more as exasperation. A curse phrase. An expression of extreme dislike. No specific individual, office, position or place was threatened. It is the system that is threatened. Since when did threatening a system become a crime?

@DaveDennisonNYC If he had said "I'm going to shoot John McAfee" that would be a threat. If I insert my name in his statement it's no threat whatsoever. I can't count the number of times "I've heard "Someone should kill the bastard" -- about me. Grow up. You can't swap liberty for security.
