@JuanLederhosen I'm not talking about censorship of people whose views are expressed in magazines or TV. It's all garbage anyway, and they're an insignificant percentage of the population. I'm talking about their ability to censor YOU! YOU dude!

Social Media Censorship ... We do not pay for Social Media. We are not their customers. We are their product. Advertisers are their customers. It is the advertisers that must be pleased. How long before advertisers become the censors?

@sgretolatore How? If an Advertiser is pro-gun, for example, that advertiser might demand that anti-gun comments be deleted. If the advertiser pays enough - say $1 billion, the SM company might be motivated to oblige. Who would pay that much? The pro gun Lobby might.

@sgretolatore Where will they go? Today, for instance. What platform has anywhere near the reach of, say, Twitter, that is not in exactly the same position?

@Colonthreee So ... the people who provide Social Media companies with over 90% of their revenues (selling data accounts for less than 10%) have no importance? What planet are you living on? Could you send photos of the landscape?

@JuanLederhosen Yes. But how often do your own thoughts, words etc. get published in the Newspapers or on TV. Yheir ability to censor you is non-existent. You've lost me completely. WTF are you talking about?
