@WHACKDtoken I'll be Frank with you. He may not have. Does that matter? Anyone with a brain can see his intent, and the intents of nearly every leader on this planet, to take advantage of Covid-19 and its aftermath (2 months of pent up frustration from Lockdown). For their own power.
