My humor is obviously to dry for folks. Reason this through: Outlaws are, by definition, people who pay no attention to laws. Outlawing guns would have no impact whatsoever on them. The only people able to own guns, therefore, would be outlaws. Am I getting through???

@PLUTOAPLANET Guns exist everywhere. Corrupt soldiers sell them, people steal them from gun manufacturers. But that's a moot point. You can build one yourself now with 3D printers. It's trivial. Thousands are doing it. Gonna ban 3D printers too. How about "Zip Guns" made from pipes?
