@BrokeAmerican1 It cannot. But a person living in darkness can believe they are living in light. The 99% of the world who are the sheep do this constantly.

@BrokeAmerican1 Darkness and light are merely two tiny aspects of Universal duality: Up, down Left, right Wet, Dry Pain, pleasure Sweet, sour Man, woman ... There are an infinite number of dualities. The Tao is the only system that encompasses them all.
@BrokeAmerican1 And ... It is clear that darkness is overwhelmingly more powerful than light. There are thousands of species that live constantly in total darkness: cave fish, bats, deep sea creatures etc. But There are no species that live constantly in the light. Darkness came first.
@BrokeAmerican1 And ... The Bible agrees; God created darkness first - Then he created light. Obviously ... The most importnat thing gets created first. This is why most other religions consider Christians to be evil. Buddhists, for example, believe that light was created before darkness
