Been consulting with a fundamentalist religious group that wants to use the Blockchain to ensure that church members are abiding by the faith (for real). My concern: Those who have not embraced the Blockchain might be denied everlasting salvation. Am I doing the right thing?

@psyxke Yes. But Sin is a powerful enemy, and when that enemy is armed with the Blockchain, those who believe themselves to be non-sinners might be unpleasantly surprised when the absolute truth of every instant of their existence is suddenly revealed.

They first wanted to put Church members on the Blockchain and then extrapolate backwards to discover sins from their distant past. Smelling money, and eager to please, I proposed a reverse-fork simulation using 3rd order partial differential equations. Too costly. Said no.

@DyfetWorldie "Their" own. A German company created a Blockchain simulation of the major religions today and was shocked to discover there are actually three Gods that rotate duty so frequently that the changeovers are merely a blur in human-time.

@thebogdanoff Nonsense. It's math with reality. If we implemented my proposal and were able to dig up every act of a person's past life, all the way to their birth, those would simply be acts. The religious may call those acts "sins". But the naming does not in ny way diminish the reality.

@thebogdanoff Won't matter. The beauty of the Blockchain is that if those who know you are on it, then you are on it. You can't escape dude. We're going to all know, a few years from now, the first time you masturbated and what you were thinking about while doing it.

@sonofnels Wrong. Ever hear of negative numbers and how mathematics uses them? In any and all equations, TIME (t) can assume a negative quality without disturbing the coherence of the equation. Thus: -(t) simply is time in reverse. Took the development of the Blockchain to make it real.

@florindoc2003 Possibly. But with the Blockchain we will have a telescope into the past -- to see, for example, the first time you masturbated; when you told your first lie and what it was; your first sexual communion with another; what you thought about your second grade teacher -- everthing.
