I'm 74. I'm two people at war. Ex: I smoke, drink and do drugs more than any should be allowed. Simultaneously, I do yoga, Tai Chi, meditate, take supplements, study the latest in health and eat only organic. It has been like this since my first memory. For what it"s worth.

@foxgps Haven't decided whether to cut down the drugs or abandon health as an issue entirely - go out with a bang instead of gradually disintegrating, which is the only other option. When you reach my age, issue values change.

@whatthecrack Not just pesticides. The agro-farms have depleted the earth. We are missing nutrients necessary for survival. We are genetically modifying our foods not for nutrition, but for longer shelf life, better appearance and easier transport.
