@HeidiSHecht Please sir. When the trial is held, the "indictment" is a giilty verdict in the mind if the jurors. That's why prosecutors achieve a near 100% conviction rate for anyone for whom a Grand Jury is convened. Do not buy this dream that they have sold you. Why only Liberia and the US?

@DropTheStack That is in fact the party line. However, every rational government abandoned them generatiins ago. Except for Liberia, who uses them still to terrorize their citizens. Oh yes .... and, if course, the US.
