@altugozturk If they ask for it I agree. But on any issue that all people must face - love, trust, behavior, responsibility, partnership, self sufficiency- the things that truly matter - an elder asking advice from a youth is like a resident of New York asking an out of towner for directions.

@mikedee718 I smoked three or four packs a day. And did Guiness World Record amounts of drugs. But I did not drink. I lived at 10,000 feet in the Rocky Mountains. Consuming two or more bottles if whiskey per day at that altitude generally causes some degree of mental impairment while high.

@TxdoHawk That was the choice I made. Majority beliefs say these things are bad. Majority beliefs are almost always false. Every study of this phenomena reaches the same conclusion: the more specialists and general population that believe something, the less likely that it's true.
