@cryptojokerrrr They do not! Crypticurrencies meet none of the three criteria for securities established by the Supreme Court. Please God -- hurry up and finger me SEC so that I have a reason to appear on National Television and explain to America how corrupt this regulatory excrement really is.

The SEC subpoenaed me in 2016. It was not about me or my company. It was about one stockholder. We had to disclose that we had been subpoenaed. We legally could not disclose its contents. The World assumes. The NYSE dropped us. Shareholders lost millions. That's the SEC's power.
@bostonborn66 I have harassed them for many years, every chance I get - in the written media, on TV, at keynotes, on podcasts. As early as 1983 I called the head of the SEC a chicken fucker. The SEC is the poster child of extreme government corruption.
@WalshLaw15 Not SEC subpoenas. You would fare better by forcefully sodomizing the Pope.
@onceuponattimei I'm mulling it over. Christmas spirit obligations come to mind -- required temporary forgiveness, two weeks of good will and joy, a veneer of peace, praise to a possibly imaginary entity, abstinence from sodomy and other frowned upon blessings, etc.
@bostonborn66 @onceuponattimei Lol. There are only seven fruitcakes in circulation. They get passed from person to person with lightning speed, giving the appearance of millions of them. I unsubscribed from this mad relay years agi.
