@glebowski00 Me too. It will be fun. In my last lawsuit with a homeowner's association I sued each and every homeowner individually and bankrupted two of them.

@MattCordeiro1 It's when lawsuits reach the appeals process that I pour on the coals. Local courts always rule for the homeowner's associations. A few years into lawsuits, however, brings the process to an extremely expensive field. This is where I shine.
