@flex2264 @GemCrypto @Paradigm2070 We've been privately working with FBI friends and local authorities. We have not yet officially filed a formal complaint. If possible, I don't want to see people in prison. Applying social pressure to the perpetrators may help. Without their cooperation they will do serious time.

They can still seriously ruin my life through subpoenas, depositions and keeping me in court forever, so I don't intend to ever be engaged by them. But it is not a DOJ or FBI matter. They could care less.

That part is in the hands of the authorities. Luke is young, and I am keen on keeping him from returning to prison. I hired him while he was on parole. Mistake

@crypto_mikhail @GemCrypto @Paradigm2070 100% certain. Jimmy Watson, my CEO, lost more than anyone in the theft. He's had a team of auditors trackng this for two weeks. He will publish a short statement this afternoon. Both people were caught last week trying to cut a deal with a well known exchange to dump everyrhing.
