When I say there is no memory on BitFi, I am talking about storage of any piece of information regarding the identification of the wallet, the seed keys, or the pass phrase. Obviously there is RAM, because there is an operating system. But the RAM is devoid of all meaningful data
@flyinghendrix Indeed. But how do you change anything while the user has it? The only workable vector for getting it into any users hands is to pretend it is original and sell on Ebay. Far more useful to build your own device, put it in our case and sell. Why go to the trouble of hacking?

@thejonmccoy Physical access is the problem. It's always been the problem in the hacking world. How do you do it? Move to the users town, befriend him, steal the device, hack it and put it back? Hijack the UPS truck delivering the product? Let's get real here.
@flyinghendrix Why not hack it? We send the the wallet we used to load $10 in Bitcoin. Take the $10 and we give you a quarter of a million. It's dead easy

@pr0t0type_X Exactly. There is nothing to hack anywhere in the process. The money exists only in the passphrase in the user's mind. You have reached the conclusion that I stated in the very beggining. There is nothing to hack.

@ComradeEevee Did they get they money? Try to stay on point. Could any of them seriously tell their friends: "I hacked the Bitfi wallet". Their friends say "Awesime. How much you get?" You say "I didn't get the money, but I built a video player from it". How embarrassing is that?
