I built this house in 1993, for a cost, including land and outbuildings, of over $37 million. I sold it in 2005 for less than $5 million. The man who bought it could not afford the $3 million per year to maintain it and went bankrupt. 50+ bedrooms. 75 bathrooms. WTF? #Getreal https://t.co/eLlzgI1djv
