@Praxstaa @rccczr I was not here in April, so I do not know. But today, fewer than 10% of the people are wearing masks. When I was here in July, exactly the same. No difference between now and before Coronavirus. I come here at least once every three months on the average.

@Praxstaa @rccczr I have an apartment here in Tokyo and I spend a lot of time here. Nothing has changed in the 2 years I've been coming in terms of masks or social behaviors. Might be different in the south. I have no direct knowledge. Only second hand - yourself, YouTube etc. No value.
