@mgollery You are missing the point!! It is a currency and the price rise is due to the massive rise in vendors who ONLY accept Bitcoin as a payment.

@julian_dostal You need to wake up to reality. Everybody I hang with buys most of their stuff with Bitcoins. You need to get out of the house more.
